Terms of Business

Welcome to Elevate The Brand! By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth and transparent working relationship between us and our clients.

1. Services Provided
Elevate The Brand offers a range of marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Brand Positioning & Rebranding
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Digital Marketing
  • Full Marketing Support

All services will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement, with clear deliverables and timelines.

2. Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payment: A 50% deposit is required before the start of any project or service. This secures the project booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project or delivery of the final work, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Ongoing Services: For ongoing services (e.g., monthly retainers), payment is due on the first day of each month.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date (Net 30). Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% after the due date.

3. Project Timelines

  • Agreed timelines will be outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. Timelines are dependent on prompt client feedback and approval during the project.
  • Delays due to lack of feedback or changes to the scope of the project may result in adjusted deadlines.

4. Revisions & Amendments

  • Projects include two rounds of revisions unless specified otherwise. Additional revisions may be charged at an hourly rate, which will be outlined in advance.
  • Any major changes to the original brief after work has commenced may result in additional charges and adjusted delivery times.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • If a project is cancelled by the client after the deposit has been paid but before work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled after work has started, payment is required for any completed work up to the point of cancellation.
  • Elevate The Brand reserves the right to cancel a project in cases where payment is overdue, or the client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided (images, content, etc.) do not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
  • Elevate The Brand retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project.
  • Elevate The Brand will not disclose or use any client information for purposes outside the scope of the agreed-upon services without prior written consent.

9. Liability

  • Elevate The Brand is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, resulting from the use of services.
  • The client agrees to indemnify Elevate The Brand against any claims or legal actions resulting from the use of third-party materials provided by the client.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably through mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in the relevant courts.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
